Job Description
Cardinal Management Group is a privately held property management company that manages condominiums, townhouses, urban developments and all forms of community interest developments. We have 18 years of experience providing professional property management services for more than 270 homeowners associations in Los Angeles County. Cardinal Management Group is seeking a Front Office/Admin professional to be the first point of contact for our homeowners, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to manage their time wisely, manage multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a professional office environment. What we are looking for in a candidate Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills resulting in strong working relationships with your team members. Must be able to work independently with little supervision The ability to learn new systems and retain information. The ability to problem solve and work through change The ability to identify issues and resolve before problems arise Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Some of your key, day to day responsibilities will be Answer incoming phone calls from homeowners and route calls to the appropriate property managers Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence to the appropriate managers Scan mail, correspondence, and invoices; upload documents as needed Create new vendor profiles and update existing vendor information in Vantaca management software Greet clients and vendors who visit the office Prepare and mail out letters, correspondence, and billing statements Photocopy documents as needed Provide general administrative support to a team of property managers What you can expect when joining our team
