Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a part time dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, fostering a productive and positive workplace atmosphere while managing multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Check mail daily and take necessary action when required Process vendor and client checks every Friday Take deposits to the bank, provide deposit records to the accountant Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs Coordinate office IT maintenance and repairs Recruit, onboard, and train administrative staff Onboard/offboard employees Maintain employee records Coordinate benefits administration (insurance, 401k) Coordinate malpractice insurance renewals Monitor attendance, leave requests and office policies Familiarity with Gusto is a plus Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated organizational skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, and data entry tasks Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy in clerical tasks such as proofreading and filing Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous experience supporting customer service or client communication efforts is advantageous Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are beneficial for coordinating schedules seamlessly Join us as an Office Manager to bring energy, organization, and professionalism to our vibrant team.
