Type:
full-time We are seeking a professional Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Greenville, SC to oversee daily accounting operations and support overall office administration. This is a full time position! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of bookkeeping and office management experience and will have strong expereince with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for leadership review Process payroll accurately and maintain payroll records using accounting software File payroll tax reports and sales tax returns in a timely manner Maintain organized and confidential financial, payroll, and employee records Partner with external accounting professionals during year-end reporting and financial review processes Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization Answer incoming calls, manage administrative documentation, and provide general support to company leadership Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience managing full-cycle accounting functions in a small business environment Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) Knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, and sales tax filings Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Compensation & Additional Information:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Full Time 100% ONSITE
