Full-time | On-site Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Administration & Office Manager to oversee administrative operations across two manufacturing facilities in the Summerville area. This role is responsible for non-facility administrative matters, including office operations, employee housing, company vehicles, reception, administrative policies, and general workplace support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office and administrative operations across two facilities. Manage employee housing, including room assignments, move-ins/outs, occupancy changes, and routine housing issues. Coordinate company vehicle assignments, records, maintenance scheduling, and related administrative matters. Supervise reception/front desk staff and ensure effective visitor and office support. Manage office supplies, administrative vendors, workplace services, and general office needs. Develop and maintain practical administrative policies, procedures, records, and tracking systems. Independently resolve day-to-day administrative issues and follow matters through completion. Coordinate administrative needs and resources between the two facilities. Partner with HR, Finance, Facility, IT, EHS, and other departments on workplace needs and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Bilingual in Mandarin is strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, workplace operations, property management, hospitality operations, or a related field. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work independently. Comfortable handling both detailed routine tasks and unexpected operational issues. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work on-site and travel between two local facilities as needed.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
