Job Description

Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper Location:
130 Seaboard Ln, Franklin, TN 37067, Suite A2
Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$50,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates with exceptionally strong QuickBooks/bookkeeping experience and other skills.
About Us:
We are a small but growing real estate development and construction company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to help keep our office and financial records accurate, organized, and running smoothly. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, follows through consistently, and likes being the person who keeps things in order. We have had especially good experiences with candidates who come from bookkeeping, accounting, or CPA-office backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Track invoices, payments, receipts, and vendor records Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Keep financial and office records organized and up to date Help manage orders, supplies, and basic office inventory Coordinate with vendors and assist with administrative follow-through Support the office manager and team with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications:
Strong QuickBooks experience preferred Prior bookkeeping, accounting support, or office administration experience High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Solid computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and file management Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow through reliably Experience in construction, real estate, or a CPA office is a plus

Important Fit Note:
This role is not a fit for someone who has only had light exposure to bookkeeping or who needs frequent supervision to stay organized and on task. We are looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable owning day-to-day bookkeeping accuracy, following through consistently, and keeping details from slipping through the cracks. Please do not apply if you are only casually familiar with QuickBooks, if you prefer highly structured supervision, or if details and follow-through are not strengths of yours.
