Office Manager requirements:
Must have 3 years or more of Office management experience, Must know how to complete payroll, billing, and reporting. Experience with working in a water department setting is a plus. Experience with RVS billing system is preferred. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and be proficient in all reports and tasks. Must be able to work under pressure and in a high volume/traffic office setting. Attend board meetings and be able to produce minutes for the meetings. Become familiar with TCEQ regulations and requirements, if not already familiar with them.... The Office Manager position includes but is not limited to the description above.
