This is a 10-month contract opportunity with 12-hour shifts and approximately 48 hours per week . We are seeking candidates with experience operating industrial plant equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and working safely in a manufacturing or process plant environment.

On-site Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor a cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU) . Perform daily plant rounds, equipment inspections, and operational checks. Monitor pressures, flow rates, and product purity using
SCADA/HMI/PLC
systems . Assist with truck loading and unloading operations. Conduct water sampling and quality testing. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors, pumps, valves, motors, turbines, and other plant equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process control issues. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, calibration, and safety records. Support OSHA, EPA, and plant safety compliance requirements. Participate in plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience operating an Air Separation Plant (ASU) or similar industrial/process plant equipment. Experience with industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and process equipment. Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and instrumentation documentation. Familiarity with PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, or industrial control systems is preferred. Experience with compressors, pumps, valves, motors, refrigeration systems, or water treatment systems is a plus.
