Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and management skills, with experience in glass and the glazing process. The role has the opportunity to expand, but will start in collections, receiving, answering phones and organizing emails. Requirements Experience in the Glazing world, preferrably within a glazing company in the office Proven experience in office administration or office management roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Proficiency in calendar management, scheduling tools, and multi-line phone systems Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Strong teamwork skills, as our office works together as a unit
