Job Description

Office Manager - Multi-Location Optometry Practice We're looking for an experienced, organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations across our two busy optometry locations. This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day flow, support your team, and help keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare setting and take pride in creating a great experience for both patients and staff, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee daily operations across both practice locations Manage, train, and hold staff accountable (front desk, technicians, opticians) Optimize scheduling to maximize provider productivity and minimize patient wait times Monitor key performance metrics (revenue, patient flow, recall, conversion rates) Handle patient concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently Ensure accurate billing, insurance processing, and cash controls Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency Implement and enforce office policies and procedures Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development What We're Looking For Proven management experience (healthcare or optometry strongly preferred) Strong leadership skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with scheduling systems, insurance workflows, and patient coordination Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable with performance tracking and operational metrics Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed) Must be able to travel between both locations as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Paid time off Paid Holidays Why This Role Matters This position plays a critical role in the success of our practice.
