HR/Office Manager Bothell, WA Are you an experienced HR professional who likes having ownership, variety, and the ability to make a real impact? Our client is a well-established, privately held company looking for an HR/Office Manager to serve as the go-to person for employees and leadership. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants the autonomy to take ownership of HR while helping create a great employee experience. You'll oversee the day-to-day HR function, from recruiting and employee relations to benefits, compliance, and engagement, while working closely with leadership to improve processes, support employees, and help the company continue to grow.

HR/Office Manager Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day HR operations, policies, and compliance. Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and terminations. Manage benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims. Help create a positive employee experience through company events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs that support employees and managers. Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation. Manage HRIS systems and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation. Support employment law and benefits compliance requirements. Provide HR guidance and support to employees and leadership. Oversee general office operations and help keep the workplace running smoothly.
HR/Office Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR experience with the confidence to independently manage a broad HR function. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification a plus. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills. Adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Compensation:
$90,000-$100,000/annually
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
