Job Description
We have an opening for a Business Office Coordinator to manage the business office functions of Edmonds Endoscopy Center. At Edmonds Endoscopy Center , we offer our patients complete care of the digestive system. This includes everything from the evaluation to treatment, including endoscopy procedures. What You Will Do (Job Summary): The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Business Office Manager (BOM) and Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the business office. The BOC is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Registration and Medical Records. The BOC will be in charge of the business office in the absence of the BOM. Starting pay range for this position is $29
- $42/hour depending on experience. Monday
- Friday daytime work hours. This is not a remote work position . This position is in the office in Edmonds, WA, and may need to cover our 2 other locations in the area, in Kirkland and Seattle. - Starting PTO accrual is 15 days per year.
Required Skills:
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years experience in a medical office, setting such as a hospital, physician's office, or surgery center. Supervisor experience needed. Experience in accounts payable and receivable. Experience in Revenue Cycle Experience in billing Experience in denial management POS experience Experience working with physicians is desirable.
