The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, coordinate administrative activities, and provide professional support to employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. Maintain office files, records, documents, and databases in an organized and confidential manner. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and vendor services. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents. Create and process invoices, purchase orders, and other routine administrative paperwork. Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and recordkeeping as needed. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments. Support management and other departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Help coordinate employee onboarding, office events, meetings, and internal communications. Maintain compliance with company policies and office procedures. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. 2+ years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with employees, clients, and vendors. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with accounting, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping. Experience with office management or facilities coordination. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 is preferred. Previous experience supporting executives or management. Multilingual skills are a plus.

$21.30 - $26.00 per hour
