Full Job Description Role Overview:
Manage global mobility client services, focusing on international employee tax and compensation strategies. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative tax solutions and develop expertise through engagements and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee client expectations and service delivery for international and cross-border employees Assist with internal risk management and compliance procedures Conduct client meetings and develop/ deliver presentations Analyze global tax calculations related to payroll and incentive compensation Contribute to the development and teaching of equity-based compensation courses
Qualifications & Skills:
At least five years of experience in expatriate tax, incentives, or related fields, with expertise in global compensation, employment tax, or corporate taxation Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field Professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, CEP, or Enrolled Agent (or ability to obtain within one year) Experience advising on incentive compensation and equity awards, with strong tax and compliance knowledge Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff
