Office Administrator Shift:

1st, (8am-5pm)

Pay:

$20-$22/hr (Based on experience) Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join a dynamic team and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Receiving and processing customer orders with accurate system entry and routing

Serving as the main communication point between internal teams and external vendors

Supporting HR with onboarding paperwork, employee records, and timekeeping

Managing office supplies, inventory, purchase orders, and vendor coordination

Processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records

Entering weekly payroll data for production staff

Generating weekly customer invoices and compiling tracker reports

Filing and organizing job documentation for accuracy and audit readiness

Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status

Supporting cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory tracking

Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and systems such as DSCS and Navision

Assisting with special projects and cross-department initiatives
