We're looking for an energetic, service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and create exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team. Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Manage daily front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest accounting. Create staff schedules based on business needs and labor guidelines. Monitor room availability, arrivals/departures, and daily business levels. Ensure Night Audit procedures and month-end reporting are completed accurately. Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Support the team as needed and foster a positive, guest-focused culture.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of hotel Front Office management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed. High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of the local area and attractions is preferred.
