Program Support Specialist (TRACE) Program Support Specialist (TRACE) Remote Role Summary Provides operational and analytical support for TRACE and other Government-designated operational initiatives. Supports intake, tracking, correspondence management, reporting, data validation, and documentation activities that improve disease transmission operational visibility and decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Biology, Health Informatics, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field. 3+ years of program support, operations support, case management, healthcare operations, or analytical support experience. Experience maintaining operational trackers, databases, case management systems, or records repositories. Experience with document control, file management, records organization, and version control practices. Experience preparing reports, status updates, and supporting documentation. High attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy when managing sensitive or complex information. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Point. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting disease transmission investigations, patient safety activities, healthcare operations, public health surveillance, or clinical quality programs. Experience with case management, contact tracing, incident tracking, investigative workflows, or healthcare monitoring programs. Experience with advanced Excel features such as Power Query or dynamic array functions. Experience reviewing, validating, and reconciling healthcare-related data. Experience supporting Federal agencies, health programs, or transplantation initiatives. Experience developing dashboards, operational reports, or performance metrics. Experience developing dashboards or operational reports in Power BI PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
