Job Description

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and team-oriented Center Support Specialist to join our team at The Learning Experience . This is a dynamic role that helps ensure our center runs smoothly by providing both administrative and classroom support throughout the day. As a Center Support Specialist, you'll be an important part of our team, assisting families at the front desk, supporting daily center operations, and stepping into classrooms when additional support is needed. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with daily office communications. Support enrollment, scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks. . Assist with center events and family communications. Curriculum support for teachers Classroom & Center Support Provide classroom support throughout the center as needed. Assist teachers with classroom routines, learning activities, and transitions. Help maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms. Support children's daily routines while creating a positive and engaging environment. Prepare classroom materials and assist with center-wide projects. Provide classroom coverage to help maintain licensing ratios and ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with leadership and teaching staff to support the overall success of the center. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in childcare, customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred . Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in both an office setting and classroom environment. Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day. Passion for supporting children, families, and fellow team members. Preferred Skills Experience in an early childhood education or childcare setting. Experience with office administration, scheduling, or customer service. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
