Marriage and Family Therapy program. Under the direction of the Clinical Director, provides administrative support to administrative faculty in the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy.Required Education:
Undergraduate degree.Required Experience:
At least one to three years administrative assistant experience in a business or educational setting.Primary Duties/Essential Functions:
Management of students' clinical documentation and files. Communicate with students and practicum site representatives. Collaborate with Program Managers regarding student milestones and graduation requirements. Coordinate practicum site MOUs with Deans office, Directors, and practicum sites. Preparation of annual practicum fair event for Azusa campus, including management of invitations, RSVPs, parking passes, and reserving room space and facilities needs. Update clinical protocols in departmental literature. Support of departmental events (prospective student interviews, new student orientation, hooding ceremony, student events, etc.). Manage user data in Experiential Learning Cloud (ELC) practicum management software. Prepare reports for Clinical Directors. Responsible for daily electronic timekeeping as it applies to the scope of this position. Regular, punctual attendance as required by the supervisor based on department needs. Other duties as needed and as assigned by the supervisor.Skills:
Strong computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and master new software applications. Ability to anticipate events and deadlines. Ability to manage details and follow through. Must be collaborative and an effective team member and team builder.Mental Demands:
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with FERPA requirements Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor and respond appropriately to other individuals regardless of their affect. Ability to agree with and champion the purpose and goals of Azusa Pacific University in providing a Christian-based higher education for its students.Physical Demands:

Grade 6: $17.72 to $20.38 is the hourly compensation for this role and reflects what Azusa Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
