Since 2014, we have been bringing our customers an unparalleled, personalized shopping experience in the best in fine jewelry at unbeatable prices. We broadcast live shows to a nationwide audience over satellite and cable TV and social media six days a week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an entry level, full-time position and is 100% onsite. This is a generalist role that is responsible for many tasks across different departments, and as a result, requires excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Responsibilities include taking customer service calls, processing returns, shipping customer orders, data entry, and from 7-10 PM, you will join our sales team. This role is a great opportunity to learn about the operations of TVON and the jewelry industry at large and springboard into more advanced roles at
TVON. RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work alongside your fellow co-workers to accomplish the following tasks:
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Assist customers through the order process over the phone by ensuring accurate order details (e.g. product color, size, and shipping address) and answering questions about merchandise and company policies Address customer questions, concerns, and requests over the phone, email, and text message regarding merchandise, orders, returns, and in transit shipments
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Process outbound customer orders including generating shipping labels and packing shipments Maintain accurate record of order fulfillment statuses and package tracking information in company database Process inbound customer returns including unboxing packages and processing paperwork
DATA ENTRY
Input and update specifications and pictures of new and existing products in company database
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or associate's degree Provide own transportation to and from the office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and respectful demeanor towards co-workers and customers Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets) Ability mulit-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Real-time critical thinking and problem solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
