Job Description
Wolverine Fire Protection Co. is currently seeking strong administrative candidates for a full-time position for their Brea, California office. This role will include various administrative and tasks supporting our services and inspection team.
Job Duties/Responsibilities for:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, sort incoming and outgoing mail and writing and distributing emails, memos, letters and reports
- Order office supplies and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Support internal teams with proposal and prequalification efforts.
- Manage calendars, book appointments and coordinate meeting spaces or virtual conferences
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems, update contact lists, and enter data accurately.
- Handle basic invoices, and assist with simple bookkeeping tasks Requirements for:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines in a professional and organized manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in time management Minimum Qualifications for:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with Adobe or Bluebeam is also a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Fire Protection and/or construction industry is highly desirable.
