This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of student records, supporting registration processes, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations. The Administrative Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, and contributes to the efficient and effective functioning of academic services. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update student records in strict compliance with institutional standards and regulatory requirements. Support the design, development, and implementation of initiatives to improve the student registration process and overall service delivery. Provide timely and professional assistance to students regarding academic and registration matters. Contribute to the coordination and execution of institutional and campus events as assigned. Required Qualifications Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while independently managing multiple tasks and priorities. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in academic advising, student services, or a related administrative capacity within higher education.
