Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate team members and handling inquiries with clarity. Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to support efficient document retrieval. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events as needed. Support office management tasks including supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Provide general clerical support such as word processing, copying, faxing, and preparing reports or correspondence. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or technical tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs. Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
