Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and accurate record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, including setting appointments and reminders Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools, including invoicing and expense tracking Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with attention to detail Qualifications Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading Exceptional communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally and courteously Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
