Office Coordinator - Irvine - $65k-75k Prestigious law firm is seeking a high-energy, warm, and professional Office Coordinator for their Irvine office! This is a multi-faceted role that will sit at Reception and encompass a wide variety of administrative duties to support the team.

Snapshot of responsibilities below:

Ordering/setting up catering for staff and client meetings Reserving conference rooms and guest offices Answering phones, greeting/directing guests, and coordinating parking validations Maintaining relationships with vendors and supporting event planning efforts Maintaining office supplies/equipment and working with facilities Preparing correspondence, managing emails, and drafting memos Maintaining distribution lists, phone lists, and firm intranet This is a fully onsite role, 8:30am-5pm, and will offer a great work-life balance.
