No one likes to come to the oral surgeon so we are looking for someone that can put patients at ease with their good nature and allow our patients to feel that they are our highest priority. We are seeking an individual who is able to maintain superior attention to detail, high level multitasker, self starter and possesses excellent computer skills. We take pride in providing quality care to our patients and our entire team works together to give our patients the best care and experience possible.
Responsibilities:
General receptionist work including answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, maintain communication with referral offices, obtain patient records as needed. Dental insurance billing knowledge will be needed along with baseline knowledge of dentistry, preferably oral surgery, x-rays and procedures that take place in an oral surgery office. Familiarity of Win OMS Software would be beneficial but is not required. Having a background in oral surgery assisting is a plus as you may be required to help in surgery if needed.
