Position Summary:
MIRACORP
is seeking a highly organized and customer focused Administrative Support - Maintenance professional to support maintenance operations at our federal customer site in Folsom, CA . This position provides general administrative support as well as specialized assistance with scheduling, timekeeping, resource coordination, security tracking, reporting, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate employee travel, calendars, timekeeping, and related administrative activities. Coordinate resource management to support daily maintenance operations. Prepare, process, duplicate, distribute, and maintain documents, forms, and administrative records. Maintain and distribute staff work schedules and updates. Provide meeting coordination and administrative support, including scheduling, materials, and follow up. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and maintain/update applicable intranet sites. Provide multiline telephone coverage, reception, and general office support to federal personnel. Compile, track, and report labor and workforce data. Provide administrative support for the site's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program. Assist with tracking and reporting tool utilization and related operational data. Maintain records and tracking of controlled keys and FOBs and coordinate with site Security personnel. Assist with audits, documentation, data collection, and reporting of audit results. Maintain accurate records and protect sensitive information in accordance with applicable federal and organizational requirements. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Proven administrative experience. A capacity for learning new skills quickly. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong emotional intelligence must have typing and note taking skills (type 50+wpm). Able to work independently. A capacity for learning new skills quickly. Time-management skills and multitasking ability. Pragmatic team player who is not confined by a job description and is willing step in to assist where needed no task is too big or too small for you. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong active listening skills. Superior organization skills. Outstanding attention to detail.
