Rancho California Landscaping, Inc. is a commercial landscape management company serving properties across Greater Los Angeles. We deliver complete, full-service landscape care such as grounds maintenance, tree care, irrigation services, and pest management. We pride ourselves on building dependable teams and maintaining high operational standards. Job Overview We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to drive efficiency across our office operations. This role requires maintaining clear office systems, streamlining daily documentation, and providing smooth operational support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop administrative skills and grow with the company. Responsibilities Track project schedules and log daily operational activity. Handle calendar management and scheduling for multiple team members, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently. Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools to maintain accurate records. Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems, both digital and physical. Support client communication efforts when needed by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity. Utilize technical proficiency in computer skills to troubleshoot basic issues and improve office workflows. Support office staff as needed. Qualifications Must be bilingual (Spanish and English) to effectively serve diverse clients and team members. 3+ years of experience in clerical and customer service work. Preferred experience in the horticulture industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, filing, and document processing. Proven ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks such as calendar management and office coordination.
