Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
  • Parts identification, service requests, and warranty. Check email for parts identification, questions, service request, warranty issues, claim status, manuals, orders from sales department and other misc. request Upload and download of serial numbers from Business Central to Global Warranty site Service request for warranty
  • Ship date/install date verification, customer contact information, address and phone number in Global Warranty Warranty claim process
  • Review for warranty coverage, parts shipped and used and possible RMAs.
Approval of claims, claim log Notifications to service agents and customers Answer inquiries from dealers, sales reps, consultants, chefs, and restaurant owners and prepare/enter quotes Assist with scheduling and coordinating Performance Checks, Start-ups, and installations Assist with reporting Enter warranty parts orders Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. High level of computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude. Capable of working independently and completing assignments within established procedures and standard practices
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Working Conditions:
