PART-TIME
(20 hours per week

Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will perform many tasks that require computer skills & some light physical tidying of the office. This position will be required to: ▪ Be proficient in
Microsoft:
Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as Google sheets & Dropbox. ▪ Assist with job: Filing, compliance, paperwork, emails, follow-up. Friendly demeanor; willing to jump in and help and take charge. But also willing to take direction, good notes, good listening skills, good attitude. Help with all packages/mail/post-office runs/putting away shipments & taking boxes/trash to dumpster in back. ▪ Keep all copiers/printers full of paper. ▪Keep inventory on supplies in office; reorder supplies and keep track of receipts. Keep supply closets organized. ▪ Download invoices from web based internet sites of our vendors and communicate with vendors/suppliers via email or telephone. Good communication skills (written and oral). ▪ Keep office space tidy/clean. (we have bi-weekly cleaners, but as needed tidying up is sometimes necessary throughout the week). ▪ Troubleshoot or problem solve. Keep field team t-shirts & business cards inventory and reorder as needed. Take direction and assist with other office leadership Admin support, as needed. Position has the potential to turn into full-time at a later point. (If/when full time, full medical/dental benefits are available to those working more than 30 hours per week as well as PTO/Sick accruals and paid holidays). Benefits not available to those working under 30 hours per week. This opening is only looking for a 20 hour a week position to be filled at this time. ▪ Ability to be flexible and change gears at a moment's notice ▪ Able to fully be present during the work hours with no outside distractions, i.e., non-emergency personal phone calls. ▪ Honest and forthright character. ▪ Good communication skills. ▪ Organized, detailed, and clean up oriented. ▪ Punctuality, be there every day, be prepared and mentally present

Experience:
▪ 1
  • 2 Years of experience in similar position (does not need construction or concrete background).
Office environment is light and friendly.
CASUAL DRESS
