Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for executive support? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to manage the programs and affairs of the founder at both personal household and office levels, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, managing household staff, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will also be able to anticipate the needs of the founder and provide proactive solutions. Other responsibilities include traveling with the founder to assist in his affairs, including capturing compelling images and videos for social media. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage founder's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel Coordination:
Plan and organize the founder's travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless logistics for domestic and international trips.
Social Media Management:
Capture engaging photos and videos during the founder's travel and events, curating content for social media platforms to enhance the founder's brand.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative duties to maintain efficient operations.
Research and Reporting:
Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations as required by the founder.
Household Management:
Oversee household needs, manage household staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Event Coordination:
Coordinate facilities for scheduled events, arrange refreshments, and provide on-site support as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the founder's professionally. Proficiency in travel coordination and calendar management. Experience in social media management and content creation is highly desirable. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
