This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our programs and gain valuable experience in a dynamic organizational environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation
  • Maintain and update project files, databases, and tracking systems
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
