Job Description:
The Office Clerk is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations within the office. This role involves organizing, maintaining, and updating physical and digital records, assisting staff with routine clerical tasks, and supporting overall workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Scan, index, and organize documents into electronic filing systems. Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval. Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, printing, and mail distribution. Assist with preparing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing documents. Maintain office supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed. Provide front-desk support as needed, including greeting visitors and answering phones. Support staff with administrative tasks, project-related paperwork, and record upkeep. Ensure confidential documents are handled securely and in compliance with company policies. Perform other routine office tasks to support smooth daily operations. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize and maintain structured filing systems. Proficiency with office equipment (scanner, copier, printer). Basic computer skills, including email and document management. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
