Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy while providing excellent customer service. Handle front desk duties, greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a positive first impression. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies. Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for team members. Support office management tasks including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support. Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, or in person to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks. Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong computer literacy including familiarity with productivity software and general office management tools. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable. Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills will be considered an asset. Degree is perferred.
