The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for the placing, tracking and delivery of appraisal services and/or conditions in accordance with department policies and procedures, while managing the relationship with Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) and Production Staff. Manages multiple reports and/or queues for effective pipeline management and issue identification/escalation while adhering to established turn times, productivity, and quality metrics. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Places appraisal services and conditions in accordance with department policy and procedure, and tracks order through delivery. Orders and places appraisal requests, ensuring accurate entry, assignment, and adherence to investor and regulatory requirements. Manages appraisal orders throughout the full lifecycle, including assignment, scheduling, status follow-up, revisions, and final delivery. Tracks appraisal services and conditions through completion, ensuring all requirements are satisfied in accordance with department policy and procedure. Serves as the primary point of contact for Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) and Production Staff, managing relationships and facilitating communication throughout the appraisal process. Coordinates with Production Staff to obtain approvals for enhanced fees, rush requests, or revised turn times associated with appraisal services. Reviews incoming appraisal reports for completeness and escalates discrepancies, deficiencies, or revision requests as needed. Manages the relationship with the Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) and Production Staff through the appraisal life cycle. Coordinates with Production Staff to secure approvals for enhanced fees or turn times associated with services. Manages multiple reports and/or queues for effective pipeline management and issue identification and escalation. Communicates with internal and external customers regarding file status and follow up. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.DESIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Demonstrates a knowledge of investor and agency appraisal requirements. Skilled in computer operations including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to calculate turn time, balance accounts, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, locate routine mathematical errors, compute rate, ratio and percent. Effective organizational and time management skills. Appraisal Management or relevant experience is beneficial High degree of personal integrity and work ethic Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skills Strong ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenariosEDUCATION
: High School diploma or General Education Degree. (GED)EXPERIENCE
Experience in the Mortgage industry of 1 year or more preferred. Relevant work experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
