Job Summary :
The Project Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, revamping timelines, giving status reports to the program manager and the project managers and making changes as necessary to ensure the project progresses Project Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare job folders
- Review job packages and complete checklists
- Review as-built documentation and completion form
- Assist PM with managing/tracking work authorizations
- Filing of Daily reports
- Managing and routing LME forms for signatures
- Updating Monday.com project statuses
- Data entry/reporting Qualification's
- Associates Degree or 3 years prior Project Administrative work
- Self-directed
- Database Management
- The ability to work independently, and being highly motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy
