About the Position... The People & Culture Administrative Intern is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. United Business Bank is seeking a People & Culture Administrative Intern to help our team organize employee records and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role for a college junior, rising senior, or recent graduate interested in gaining experience in human resources. About You... You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment.
You also have the following:
What you'll do: Organize, scan, file, and audit employee documents and records. Enter, review, and update information in our HR systems. Help transfer and organize records during our HRIS transition. Track paperwork and follow up on missing information. Support the People & Culture team with other administrative projects as needed. What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a high volume of documents and data. Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with care. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is helpful but not required. Availability for a three- to four-month assignment.
