Job Description

Production Administrator Manufacturing/Production Longmont , CO Start your new career as a Production Administrator with MAU at GE in Longmont, CO. As a Production Administrator, you will support manufacturing operations by managing production documentation, tracking KPIs, and coordinating administrative activities to ensure efficient production of controls and cybersecurity equipment for power generation systems.

What We're Looking For:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience using digital information systems such as SAP ERP and Smartsheet Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Detail-oriented mindset with strong data management skills Ability to support documentation control and reporting processes What You'll Do as a
Production Administrator:
Assist production supervisors with creating, updating, and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules Prepare, print, and compile production packets, work orders, drawings, and technical documentation Create, edit, and format reports and documents for internal use and audit compliance Retrieve and analyze manufacturing and business system data to support KPI tracking Support production system transactions, including work order updates, material movements, and time tracking Compile and distribute KPI reports and performance dashboards Coordinate communication between production, quality, and materials management teams Monitor and replenish production forms, labels, and documentation supplies Assist with onboarding activities and training documentation management Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, document control, and meeting coordination Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
