This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and technical proficiency to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle calendar management and scheduling for team members, including setting appointments and coordinating meetings. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents. Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking. Hiring & scheduling traffic control for daily Splicing & Line Construction projects. Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring prompt and courteous communication. Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests with commercial & residential tenants. Assist with commercial store front & residential housing rental payments & tenant requests. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role with strong office management skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records. Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience in customer service, along with personal assistant experience or office experience involving calendar management and client communication.
Pay:
$1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
