Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) : 202765 HKA Enterprises - 4.0 East Hartford, CT Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Office activity coordination Microsoft Outlook Multitasking Data summary reports Bachelor's degree Organizational skills SAP ERP Office record organization Full Job Description Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Engineering Services Support and Procurement Aide to provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Global Engineering Sourcing (GES). This part-time role serves as the central administrative point of contact for GES and ensuring smooth execution of daily business operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work independently on special assignments. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support & GES Assistance Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to GES. Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling supplier reviews and resolving conflicts with discretion. Support administrative planning and logistics for events (Annual Supplier Summit). Coordinate visitor management registration and on-site logistics. Independently manage special assignments as delegated. Perform general administrative duties such as mail handling, file setup/maintenance, arranging meetings, and preparing correspondence. Travel Coordination & Expense Reporting Plan and book comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, lodging, ground transportation, travel documentation). Process and reconcile expense reports in SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with policies and timely submissions. Serve as a subject matter expert for GES on travel preferences and Concur processes. Procurement Support Assist with data entry, purchasing activities, and routine procurement operations. Serve as a redundant resource for MRP Controller inputs in SAP, including data entry, processing, and transactional support. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus. Demonstrated ability to gather, compile, and report information relevant to leadership priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for remote work depending on business needs. #A&D Application Question(s): Do you have a Bachelor's degree?
