We are currently seeking a candidate for A/P, A/R, and general office support to help with day-to-day internal office functions.Responsibilities include:
- Ensures the accuracy and organization of customer records and historical data.
- Manages documentation for customers and vendors, handling hard copy purchase orders and order acknowledgments.
- Updates the Sage 100 ERP database with meticulous attention to detail, adding new customer and vendor information including A/P and A/R entries.
- Handles diverse administrative responsibilities, including managing incoming calls and directing them accordingly.
- Record customer service requests and maintain a comprehensive log of onsite equipment services.
- Makes collection calls to customers to keep A/R current.
- Manages network system files and folders for efficient sharing of documents.
- Retrieves reports from ERP software as required.
- Safeguards the confidentiality of customer and vendor information to uphold operational integrity.
- May oversee the procurement, stocking, and distribution of office supplies, in addition to other assigned duties.
- Operates standard office equipment such as phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and postage meters for outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Data Management and related office experience a plus
