Responsibilities Handle multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently Manage case scheduling using software systems such as Sandata and Generations. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy. Support office management tasks as per requirements from manager. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote a productive environment Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management. Proficiency in computer literacy such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us as an Office Assistant where your proactive approach will make a real difference!
