  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Construction Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to construction projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient completion. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the construction industry(admin, field, etc.) is required.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project documentation and maintain records
  • Assist with Permitting, Section 3 Reporting, and Purchase Orders
  • Communicate with contractors, suppliers, homeowners and team members
  • Monitor project schedules and deadlines
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Buildertrend for effective communication
  • Experience in clerical tasks such as proofreading and data entry
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
  • Familiarity with project coordination and office management This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while contributing to the success of our projects.
