Job Description

Office Administrator / Bookkeeper (Full-Time, In-Office) We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our growing construction company. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ocean Reef, Key Largo. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, be proficient in QuickBooks, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing financial records, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and vendor payments Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with payroll and employee records Organize and maintain office files and documentation Answer phones and assist with general administrative duties Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients Support management with various office tasks and reporting
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience required Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Professional communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Ocean Reef daily Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Full-Time Monday-Friday In Office We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow with a well-established construction company and become a key part of our team.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
