Job Description
Anglers Club is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our luxury residential community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our receiving area and resident services. Position Summary The Part-Time Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the receiving area and freight elevator scheduling while providing administrative support to residents, contractors, and management. This individual will help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment by coordinating deliveries, monitoring contractor access, enforcing Association policies, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintain security and organization of the receiving area, ensuring it is never left unattended or unlocked. Ensure the receiving area remains clear and accessible at all times. Coordinate and schedule freight elevator reservations for resident move-ins and move-outs in accordance with Association policies. Receive, register, and document all deliveries, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, registered mail, and other packages. Verify contractor licenses, insurance certificates, and required permits through the management office before granting access. Issue parking passes for approved vehicles and identification badges for contractors. Monitor contractor activity and maintain accurate access and service logs. Enforce Association rules, regulations, and parking policies. Complete daily logs, reports, and other required administrative documentation. Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
