Recruitment Notes The position provides critical leadership support capacity to the Division Chief, functioning as the Asset Coordinator and primary liaison with the RER Administrative Services Division on matters including IT equipment procurement, staff uniforms, and safety equipment. This role maintains full responsibility for tracking and managing inventory of capital equipment, as well as processing documentation for transfer and disposal. Additionally, the incumbent independently monitors financial systems (INFORMS), prepares and submits invoices and purchase requests, and facilitates approval processes for expenditures, travel, and professional memberships. The position exercises direct supervisory responsibilities over clerical staff engaged in permitting operations and provides operational support across all Section Supervisors in the Environmental Permitting Division.
