Two years of experience in fleet or facility equipment and maintenance programs to include data collection and statistical analysis are required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes The DTPW Maintenance Production Coordinator is an advance administrative position responsible for managing the logistics and scheduling of daily fleet repairs. They are responsible for managing repair timelines, preventive maintenance of a fleet of buses of different technologies and sizes. This position entails keeping comprehensive databases of all vehicles and tracking FDOT requirements and procedures. The role has the responsibility of scheduling, forecasting and verifying completion of Preventive Maintenance inspections. The position oversees a group of maintenance clerks responsible for daily reporting of payroll and attendance. DTPW Maintenance Production Coordinator positions reports to the Division Chief of various locations.
