Job Description
Provide support to Management staff with mailings, phone calls, general correspondence, handling walk-ins and assembling membership packages. Assist with, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Provide exceptional customer service to members to ensure a memorable experience.
Assist with Architectural Review applications:
review with owners for compliance with submission requirements, manage applications and correspondence. Act as receptionist and information source to general public and provide information to orient new owners about the HOA and amenities. Maintain and update community website and create promotional materials for the website and weekly eblast communications to members. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to directly communicate with Owners and guests. Assist Community Association Manager in various special projects as needed. High School diploma or equivalent. 2 years' experience in a customer service position required. Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm. Able to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend and lift up to 15 lbs. Possess and able to present a professional demeanor at all times to Members and Guests.
