Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Administrative Assistant Creative Arts Unlimited, Inc. | Pinellas Park, FL Creative Arts Unlimited is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative needs of our design and fabrication company. This position provides administrative support to management and multiple departments, including scheduling, purchasing, shipping, vendor communication, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to work independently in a fast-paced small-business environment.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, monitor email, and assist with routine inquiries. Maintain electronic and physical files and company records. Coordinate hotel accommodations and other travel arrangements for employees and installation teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of administrative or office experience preferred. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of a small team where every day can look a little different.
