Purpose of the Position Handling the daily activities which includes phone calls, meetings, appointments, and greeting visitors.
Description of Job Duties:
Support the onboarding process for new employees. Schedule meetings, appointments, and other business activities. Screen and prioritize phone calls, inquiries, and requests. Anticipate and prepare materials for meetings, correspondence, appointments, and telephone calls. Prepare reports and respond to inquiries by gathering and organizing information from a variety of sources. Prepare production documents. Respond to requests and feedback Draft, revise, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion while performing administrative duties in accordance with company policies, practices, and philosophy. Effectively manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines. Maintain a working knowledge of the organization's capabilities, products, services, and frequently requested information. Maintain site records in accordance with Knights Armament Company policies and procedures. Maintain and organize site shared folders and electronic records. Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality leadership to coordinate, communicate, and track site compliance activities. Manage office areas, conference rooms, and meeting accommodations with an emphasis on organization and cost control. Greet site visitors as a first point of contact. Partner with leadership to continuously improve service and quality standards. Track and document progress of all project phases. Monitor production performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver customer service. Provide administrative and operational support to the department as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
