Alpharetta, GA About Us NuRock develops, builds, and manages affordable multifamily housing communities throughout the Southeast. As a company that handles the full lifecycle — development, construction, and property management — we offer a unique environment where administrative staff see projects through from ground-breaking to lease-up. Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our construction team across active projects in GA, TX, and FL. This role is the backbone of project documentation and coordination, keeping contracts, draws, compliance paperwork, and communications organized so projects stay on schedule and on budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare, track, and organize construction contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders Process and track monthly draw requests and lien waivers Maintain project files: permits, insurance certificates, bonds, and compliance documentation (includingLIHTC/HUD
requirements where applicable) Coordinate scheduling and communication between project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors Track project budgets and assist with cost reporting Support RFI, submittal, and closeout documentation processes Assist with AIA billing and payment application processing Maintain compliance with state licensing and affordable housing program requirements across GA, TX, and FL Support internal audits and investor/lender reporting as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar role (multifamily or affordable housing experience a plus) Familiarity with AIA contract documents and draw/billing processes Experience with LIHTC, HUD, or other affordable housing compliance preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage) a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health/dental/vision benefits] PTO, matching 401k, etc. Opportunity to grow with a company involved in every phase of affordable housing developmentBenefits:
